基于質(zhì)譜的臨床蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的
研究進(jìn)展與展望
聯(lián)合主席：Steve Pennington 賀福初 郭天南主辦單位：西湖大學(xué) CNHUPO HUPO會(huì)議時(shí)間：2020年12月4日 會(huì)議地點(diǎn)：線上直播（注冊(cè)信息見(jiàn)頁(yè)末）基于質(zhì)譜的蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的快速發(fā)展對(duì)于精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療是不可或缺的。但是，尚未普及到臨床。其中一個(gè)技術(shù)瓶頸是來(lái)自（多中心）隊(duì)列研究的臨床標(biāo)本的高通量蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)分析，而基于蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)同臨床數(shù)據(jù)與其他組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)的集成分析則是另一項(xiàng)技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)。臨床質(zhì)譜技術(shù)的應(yīng)用還面臨兩大鴻溝：一是不少質(zhì)譜技術(shù)人員尚未完全理解臨床醫(yī)學(xué)的需求；另一方面，臨床醫(yī)生通常未能及時(shí)了解質(zhì)譜技術(shù)的最新進(jìn)展和局限。本次研討會(huì)聚集了來(lái)自臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)以及其他領(lǐng)域的專家，旨在總結(jié)目前臨床蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的最新進(jìn)展，探討臨床應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景，并構(gòu)建未來(lái)發(fā)展的藍(lán)圖。
該研討會(huì)將于12月4日召開在線會(huì)議。默認(rèn)為北京時(shí)間。
