清華大學(xué)深圳國際研究生院（英文名 Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School，簡稱Tsinghua SIGS）是在國家深化高等教育改革和推進(jìn)粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)的時代背景下，由清華大學(xué)與深圳市合作共建的公立研究生教育機(jī)構(gòu)。
清華大學(xué)深圳國際研究生院（以下簡稱國際研究生院）致力于
● 建設(shè)成為世界一流的研究生院，成為服務(wù)社會和引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的一流人才培養(yǎng)基地；
● 開展全球重大挑戰(zhàn)問題的研究，成為學(xué)科交叉融合的國際創(chuàng)新研究中心；
● 探索現(xiàn)代大學(xué)治理體系，成為學(xué)校-企業(yè)-政府合作以及國際化校園的典范；
● 助力學(xué)校工科的轉(zhuǎn)型和相關(guān)學(xué)科的發(fā)展。
根據(jù)清華大學(xué)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和深圳市的產(chǎn)業(yè)需求，國際研究生院優(yōu)先布局清華大學(xué)一流的工科學(xué)科并輔以創(chuàng)新管理，突破傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科的界限，提倡跨學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)、研究與實踐，形成 “6+1” 個主題領(lǐng)域。

● 取得相關(guān)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位或同等學(xué)位
● 需有至少兩年海外工作或?qū)W習(xí)的經(jīng)驗
● 博士畢業(yè)后至少有兩年在世界一流大學(xué)或研究機(jī)構(gòu)的工作經(jīng)驗
● 優(yōu)先錄用跨領(lǐng)域及跨學(xué)科研究人員
● 申請人需具備較強(qiáng)的英文教學(xué)、交流能力，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能，以及較強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展能力
● 具有教學(xué)及指導(dǎo)研究生的能力：教學(xué)任務(wù)包括開設(shè)研究生課程，參與學(xué)院核心課程開發(fā)等；具備指導(dǎo)博士生、碩士生的能力

Faculty Positions at Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School
Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (Tsinghua SIGS) was launched in March 2019. As Tsinghua University’s sole campus located outside of Beijing. Tsinghua SIGS is a further expansion and integration of the Tsinghua Graduate School at Shenzhen (GSST) and the Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute (TBSI). Our mission is to reshape graduate education as well as research and development to better serve local, national, regional, and global sustainable development. Tsinghua SIGS will nurture the next generations of global leaders, tackle global challenges through international collaborations, and facilitate interdisciplinary research and industrial partnerships.

Annual salary Tsinghua SIGS will provide a highly competitive salary, commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
Research Start-up Package and Relocation Reimbursement Tsinghua SIGS will provide research start-up package and relocation reimbursement for qualified faculty.
Student and Postdoctoral Recruitment Tsinghua SIGS will finance 1-2 Ph.D. student and provide competitive salary package for post-doctoral researcher for faculty member.
Qualifications ● A doctoral or equivalent degree in relevant academic area is required. ● At least two-year overseas study and work experience is required.
