天津大學(xué)是教育部直屬?lài)?guó)家重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，其前身為北洋大學(xué)，始建于1895年，是中國(guó)第一所現(xiàn)代大學(xué)，素以“實(shí)事求是”的校訓(xùn)、“嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治學(xué)”的校風(fēng)和“愛(ài)國(guó)奉獻(xiàn)”的傳統(tǒng)享譽(yù)海內(nèi)外，是“985工程”、“211工程”、“2011計(jì)劃”首批通過(guò)認(rèn)定的大學(xué)。在2017年公布的 “世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科”建設(shè)高校及建設(shè)學(xué)科名單中，天津大學(xué)入圍42所一流大學(xué)建設(shè)高校，且為36所A類(lèi)高校之一。

As the first modern university in China, Tianjin University (TJU) was founded in 1895 with Peiyang University being its predecessor. It has been recognized nation wide and overseas for its motto of "Seeking Truth from Facts", its ethos of "Precisionin Learning and Strictness in Teaching" and its tradition of "Patriotic Dedication". Supported by Chinese Ministry of Education,it is also one of the higher learning institutions to be included into the  "985", "211" and "2011" Projects in the first batch.In 2017,Tianjin University was listed in the country’s "Double First-Class" university project.

天津大學(xué)微電子學(xué)院，是全國(guó)28所建設(shè)與籌備建設(shè)國(guó)家示范性微電子學(xué)院之一，現(xiàn)有在校本科生778人，各類(lèi)型研究生655人。為適應(yīng)國(guó)家集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和學(xué)校學(xué)科建設(shè)布局需要，經(jīng)學(xué)校研究決定，于2016年11月，正式獨(dú)立運(yùn)行。2017年12月，天津大學(xué)發(fā)布《天津大學(xué)世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)方案》，微電子作為十個(gè)重點(diǎn)支持建設(shè)領(lǐng)域之一。 

The School of Microelectronics of Tianjin University is one of the 28 national demonstrating microelectronics institutes underconstruction，there are 778 undergraduate students and 655 graduate students of various types.In order to meet the needs of the national integratedcircuit industry development and university subject construction layout, it was determined by the university to officially operate independently in November 2016. In December 2017, Tianjin University released the "Tianjin University World-Class University Construction Program", and microelectronics is one of the ten key support areas for construction.

學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)

Discipline


依托電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)國(guó)家一級(jí)學(xué)科，建設(shè)電路與系統(tǒng)、微電子學(xué)與固體電子學(xué)、電磁場(chǎng)與微波技術(shù)3個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科，其中，微電子學(xué)與固體電子學(xué)為國(guó)家二級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，以及電子與通信工程、集成電路工程2個(gè)工程領(lǐng)域，電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)博士點(diǎn)和博士后流動(dòng)站。

Based on national first-level disciplines inelectronic science and technology, we have three secondary disciplines in microelectronics and solid-state electronics, circuits and systems, and electromagnetic and microwave technologies, among which microelectronics and solid-state electronics is national secondary key discipline, there are Two master's programs in integrated circuits engineering, electronics and communications engineering, doctoral programs in electronic science and technology, and postdoctoral research stations.

學(xué)院師資隊(duì)伍日益雄厚，現(xiàn)有長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者1人、國(guó)家 “杰青” 2人、加拿大工程院院士1人、天津市教學(xué)名師獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、教育部新世紀(jì)人才6人，天津市創(chuàng)新人才推進(jìn)計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)1個(gè)等。 

The School of microelectronics has 1 Yangtze River Scholar,  2 national "Outstanding Youth" scholar, 1 academician of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, 1 excellent teaching award of Tianjin, 6 New Century Talents of the Ministry of Education,and 1 Innovation team in key areas of the Tianjin Innovation Talent Promotion Program. 

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有國(guó)家集成電路人才培養(yǎng)基地、天津國(guó)家現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)集成電路設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地、教育部先進(jìn)陶瓷與加工技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（方向之一）、天津市成像與感知微電子技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、國(guó)際物聯(lián)網(wǎng)聯(lián)合研究中心（天津市）、天津市集成電路與計(jì)算系統(tǒng)技術(shù)工程中心等科研平臺(tái)。并與合肥創(chuàng)新發(fā)展研究院、青島海洋工程研究院、天津大學(xué)佐治亞理工深圳學(xué)院等多家異地研究院合作。

The school has many experimental and training platforms, such as National Integrated Circuit  Training Base, Tianjin National Modern Service Industry Integrated Circuit Design and Personnel Industrialization Base, Ministry of Education Advanced Ceramics and Processing Technology Key Laboratory (One of the Directions), Tianjin Key Laboratory of Imaging and Sensing Microelectronic Technology, International Internet of Things Joint Research Center (Tianjin), Tianjin Integrated Circuit and Computing System Technology Engineering Center.We also cooperate with Hefei Institute of Innovation and Development, Qingdao Ocean Engineering Research Institute, Georgia Institute of Technology Shenzhen University of Tianjin, and many other non-local research institutes.

01 英才教授（通過(guò)我校申請(qǐng)并入選國(guó)家海外人才青年項(xiàng)目）
 
薪酬：稅前年薪65-70萬(wàn)元（全口徑統(tǒng)計(jì)收入）；
安家費(fèi)：170-200萬(wàn)元（含國(guó)家和天津市資助部分)；
科研經(jīng)費(fèi)：250-450萬(wàn)元（含國(guó)家資助部分）；
團(tuán)隊(duì)支持：首聘期內(nèi)前2年，每年提供1個(gè)博士生指標(biāo)和3個(gè)碩士生指標(biāo)，由學(xué)校支持招收1名助手；
其他政策：協(xié)助解決配偶工作，解決子女入學(xué)問(wèn)題。

Salary：An annual salary before tax from RMB 650,000to 700,000 (all-inclusive salary).
Relocation allowance: RMB 1，700，000 to 2,000,000 (including national and Tianjin municipal government support).
Start-up research fund: RMB 2.5-4.5 million forscience and engineering fields (including the national government support).
Team support: During the first 2 year, 1doctoral student and 3 master students quotas are given annually, 1 assistant quota is supported.
Other relevant policies: TJU will solve the children’s education. The spouse's employment would be settled down.


02 英才教授
 
薪酬：稅前年薪48-53萬(wàn)元（全口徑統(tǒng)計(jì)收入）；
安家費(fèi)：20-100萬(wàn)元（含天津市資助部分）；
科研經(jīng)費(fèi)：理工科100萬(wàn)元、人文社科20萬(wàn)元；
其他政策：解決子女入學(xué)問(wèn)題。

Salary: An annual salary before tax from RMB 480,000 to 530,000 (all-inclusive salary).
Relocation allowance: RMB 200,000-1,000,000 (includingTianjin municipal government support).
Start-up research fund: TJU will provide RMB 1 millionfor science and engineering fields and 0.2 million for humanities and socialscience fields.
Other relevant policies: TJU will solve the children'seducation.


03 英才副教授
 
薪酬：稅前年薪33-38萬(wàn)元（全口徑統(tǒng)計(jì)收入）；
安家費(fèi)：10-50萬(wàn)元（含天津市資助部分）；
科研經(jīng)費(fèi)：理工科50萬(wàn)元、人文社科10萬(wàn)元；
其他政策：解決子女入學(xué)問(wèn)題。

Salary: An annual salary before tax from RMB 330,000to 380,000 (all-inclusive salary).
Relocation allowance: RMB100,000-500,000 (includingTianjin municipal government support).
Start-up research fund:TJU will provide RMB 0.5 million for science and engineering fields and 0.1 million for humanities and social science fields.
Other relevant policies: TJU will solve the children'seducation.

薪酬：稅前年薪29-32萬(wàn)元（全口徑統(tǒng)計(jì)收入）
